วิธีขอลบข้อมูลของคุณ
ใช้กับข้อมูลที่ I.T.L. – LearnDutchinThailand และ ZelfDutch ได้รับจากการแชตหรือคอมเมนต์ทาง Facebook, Messenger และ LINE
ขอได้ 2 ทาง
- ทางแชต: พิมพ์ว่า “ขอลบข้อมูล” ในแชตเดิมที่คุณเคยคุยกับเรา (Messenger หรือ LINE @learndutch / @zelfdutch)
- ทางอีเมล: ส่งถึง support@learndutchinthailand.com หัวเรื่อง “ขอลบข้อมูล” บอกชื่อที่ใช้ในแชตและช่องทางที่ใช้คุยกับเรา (เช่น Messenger เพจ ZelfDutch) เพื่อให้เราหาข้อมูลของคุณเจอ
หลังได้รับคำขอ
- เราลบประวัติแชต เบอร์โทร และข้อมูลติดต่อของคุณออกจากระบบของเรา (Google Sheets และระบบอัตโนมัติ n8n) ภายใน 30 วัน
- เราหยุดส่งข้อความหาคุณ
- เราแจ้งกลับเมื่อลบเสร็จ ทางช่องทางเดียวกับที่คุณขอมา
- ข้อความที่อยู่ในแอป Facebook, Messenger หรือ LINE เอง เป็นข้อมูลของแพลตฟอร์มนั้น คุณลบได้ในแอป และใช้การตั้งค่าของแพลตฟอร์มนั้นได้ด้วย
- ถ้ากฎหมายบังคับให้เก็บข้อมูลบางอย่าง เช่น หลักฐานการชำระเงิน เราจะเก็บเท่าที่กฎหมายกำหนด และแจ้งให้คุณทราบ

How to delete your data
This applies to data that I.T.L. – LearnDutchinThailand and ZelfDutch receive when you message or comment on Facebook, Messenger or LINE.
Two ways to ask
- In chat: send the message “delete my data” (or “ขอลบข้อมูล”) in the same chat you used with us (Messenger, or LINE @learndutch / @zelfdutch).
- By email: write to support@learndutchinthailand.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the name you used in chat and the channel you contacted us on (for example, ZelfDutch Messenger), so we can find your data.
What happens next
- Within 30 days we delete your chat history, phone number and contact details from our systems (Google Sheets and our n8n automation).
- We stop messaging you.
- We confirm by replying on the channel you used.
- Messages stored inside the Facebook, Messenger or LINE apps belong to those platforms. You can delete them in the app and manage them with the platform’s own settings.
- If the law requires us to keep certain records, such as proof of payment, we keep only what is required and tell you.
