1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
- เมื่อคุณทักแชตหรือคอมเมนต์: ชื่อและรูปโปรไฟล์ที่แพลตฟอร์มส่งให้เรา, รหัสผู้ใช้ของแพลตฟอร์ม, ข้อความที่คุณพิมพ์และปุ่มที่คุณกด, วันเวลาที่ส่ง

2. เราใช้ข้อมูลทำอะไร
- ตอบคำถามเรื่องคอร์สและบทเรียน
- ติดต่อกลับตามที่คุณขอ เช่น โทรนัดทดลองเรียน
- ส่งข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องตามช่วงเวลาที่คุณเลือก เช่น ก่อนถึงช่วงสอบ
- ปรับปรุงคำตอบและบริการของเรา
3. ระบบที่ใช้และผู้ที่ได้รับข้อมูล
เราไม่ขายข้อมูลของคุณ เราส่งข้อมูลให้ผู้ให้บริการต่อไปนี้ เพื่อใช้ทำงานตามหัวข้อ 2 เท่านั้น
- Meta (Facebook, Messenger) และ LINE: ช่องทางที่คุณใช้ติดต่อเรา
- n8n: ระบบอัตโนมัติที่รับข้อความแล้วส่งต่อให้ระบบอื่น
- Google Sheets (Google): ที่เก็บประวัติการติดต่อของลูกค้า
- Anthropic (Claude): ช่วยร่างคำตอบจากข้อความของคุณ ร่างทุกข้อความต้องผ่านครูก่อนส่ง ยกเว้นคำตอบมาตรฐานที่ครูตรวจและตั้งไว้ล่วงหน้า
- Telegram: ช่องทางที่ระบบส่งร่างคำตอบให้ครูตรวจ
ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้อาจประมวลผลข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์นอกประเทศไทย เราเลือกใช้ผู้ให้บริการที่มีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูล และเราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด
4. ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล
เราเก็บประวัติแชตและข้อมูลติดต่อไว้ 2 ปี นับจากข้อความล่าสุดของคุณ แล้วจึงลบ หรือลบเร็วกว่านั้นเมื่อคุณขอ
5. สิทธิของคุณ

This policy covers learndutchinthailand.com and messages or comments you send to the I.T.L. and ZelfDutch pages and accounts on Facebook, Messenger and LINE.
1. What we collect
- When you message or comment: the name and profile picture the platform shares with us, your platform user ID, your messages and button taps, and their date and time.
- What you choose to give us: phone number, a convenient time to call, the country you are moving to, and your exam timeline.
- When you visit our website: cookies (section 6).
- We never ask for ID card, passport or bank account numbers in chat.
2. Why we use it
- To answer questions about our courses and lessons.
- To contact you when you ask us to, for example to book a free trial lesson.
- To send relevant information at the time you chose, for example before your exam.
- To improve our answers and services.
3. Services we use and who receives your data
We do not sell your data. We share it only with these service providers, and only for the purposes in section 2:
- Meta (Facebook, Messenger) and LINE: the channels you use to contact us.
- n8n: the automation service that receives messages and passes them to our other tools.
- Google Sheets (Google): where we keep a record of customer conversations.
- Anthropic (Claude): helps draft replies based on your message. A teacher reviews every draft before it is sent, except standard answers that a teacher has approved in advance.
- Telegram: the channel our system uses to send drafts to the teacher for review.
These providers may process data on servers outside Thailand. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep chat history and contact details for 2 years after your last message, then delete them, or sooner if you ask.
5. Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) you may ask to access, copy, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, or to object to it. If you ask us to delete your data or to stop contacting you, we will not message you again. See Data Deletion Instructions. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
6. Cookies on our website
We use essential cookies to make this website work. We use statistics cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel) only after you agree in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page, or by deleting cookies in your browser.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
